Why would I build a Modular Home?

Quality

All of our homes are built in a climate-controlled factory.  This means that weather related problems are minimal.  Modular homes are built up to 20% stronger than a traditional stick built home, because modular homes have to withstand transportation.  Our homes are built to the same kinds of building codes as a conventional stick (site) built home.  This means that your home will meet all the codes required for inspection. 

Time

Modular homes can be finished in about 1/3 the time of a stick built home, as we can build in any weather.  Once your home is completed here at our factory and shipped, it typically can be set and finished in about 4 to 8 weeks. 

Flexibility

Our homes can be customized with a range of optional upgrades in windows, kitchen cabinetry, flooring and fixtures.  Your builder can also work with you to find the home that best fits you and your family’s needs.
