  • Every New Era Home is guaranteed with a one year limited warranty against material defects in structural materials and workmanship.  All of our homes are built to meet our standards for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Many of the quality brand name products that we use in our homes come backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Our homes also have 10 Year warranty coverage through Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC) on major structural defects.

Service

  • A New Era home is comprised of thousands of pieces and parts. Even though we make every effort to complete your home to the best of our ability, sometimes we have minor miscues.  If you have the misfortune to deal with a damaged or defective part, New Era will be there to service your home.  Requests come through our Builders to our Service Department, working together to solve the problem in a more efficient way.  Our service department is second to none and always looks for ways to resolve issues in everyone’s best interest, especially homeowners.
